01 / The problem
You pay for the TV and the subscriptions. The home screen still shows you ads.
Neo Home TV is a product we make and sell ourselves. It replaces the home screen on Google TV and Android TV 9 and later, keeps every app you already have, and drops the sponsored rows.
In their place: Watch now opens a title in the service you put first, Ways to watch lists your player apps next to the big services, and rows for new episodes and what just arrived on your services. Title pages bring the trailer, cast and seasons together on one screen.
02 / The system
Dark, quiet, and built for ten feet away.
A near-black screen lets the artwork carry the colour, with a blue glow that follows the backdrop. Focus is a light pill you can spot from the sofa. Every size, colour and timing is measured for a TV and a remote, so the app feels at home on the hardware instead of bolted on.

03 / The build
A TV app, and the business around it.
The app is native Kotlin on Android TV. Behind it runs our own API on Cloudflare Workers: a 14-day trial, signed licence tokens, a QR code that hands checkout to your phone, Stripe payments, and updates you approve on the TV. The website, built in Astro, walks you through the install with a live wizard that follows your TV step by step.
